After living in Italy and the middle east for the last 5 years, there is no way anyone can possibly use this product.

No real olive oil is that clear. Obviously processed to the weak american palate to show how “pure” it is…

For domestic oils available in the conus try Bariani from California…once you have had REAL olive oil there is no way you will every cook, bake, spritz…whateva with these fake olive oils…

My wife and I do a LOT of Italian cooking. Bertolli is just the best for flavor and consistency of any widely available oil. To get the large size at this price is wonderful!

this is good for cooking with but not if you are intending on using it for flavor.

I just finished my bottle of this olive oil and I have to say I’m disappointed. This olive oil is thin and not very flavorful compared with other varieties that I’ve had. It made my hummus a more boring dish than usual. I suggest any of the other fine olive oils from smaller companies that are truly ‘first cold press’ olive oils and have a nice green color. I am really enjoying my most recent purchase, Zoe Extra Virgin Olive Oil which tastes 5x better than Bertolli Classico. When you can get a much higher quality olive oil for the same price (or even less), why not?

Is a good oil to cook with but watch how high you turn the temperature or will burn.
